No, the Stimulus Payment will not be automatically deposited to your bank account if you had a balance due on your Federal Tax return.

 

The IRS is setting up a portal where you can enter your bank account information to receive the Stimulus Check as a direct deposit.

 

This portal is not available yet.  Please check the link below later in the month for the portal.
