I own a C Corp and paid myself a salary in 2022. However, i withdrew cash as well. Do I need a 1099 for the portion of the money not paid via salary Thanks

If so, which 1099 should I use?

Correction, you will need to send yourself a 1099-DIV.  I originally misread your question and answered for an S-Corp, not a C-Corp.  In addition to a W-2 for your salary, you will need to report the cash withdrawals as dividends and report via a 1099-DIV.

Thank you. So, do I include these distributions in my personal tax return?
