I owe taxes on IRA withdrawals but it is not being calculated by turbotax.

Have you entered the 1099-R in Federal> Wages and Income > Retirement?  What is the distribution code in Box 7?  Be sure you have answered the follow up questions correctly.  Did you check Rollover or Donated to Charity (QCD) by mistake?
