I need to take an RMD by 4/1/19 and another by 12/31/19. Is there a benefit to claiming both of them at the same time on my 4/14/2019 return?

The benefit would be that you would have it all taken care of and not worry about it.

All will be reported on the 2019 when it is filed.

You do have the option to exclude some from taxable income by donating the RMD to a charity.
