You can search for the form and the program will take you to it and you can start filling it out.

1. Login to your account

2. On the top right corner of your computer screen you will see My Account

3. Click Tools

4. Click Topic Search, type in 'form 5329', hit your enter button

5. Follow the prompts

There needs to be a 'jump to Form 5329', otherwise some of the fields are not accessible through the questions.

@nariman - It depends on why you need a 5329.   It is automatic in most circumstances.

For my case it does not. I want to change HSA account balance on the day Dec 31, 2016. How can I access the form to change that?

When selecting the form from search, it just takes me to the federal taxes home. It is not working on web or desktop.

That is because this is a 2 year old questions that no longer applies.

Please start a NEW question and supply the details as to why you need a 5329 form and for what year.
