I must wait for an update on the Provisions for hurricane relief retirement distributions before I file. Does anyone know when the update will be made?

These update should go into effect today, February 23, 2018. Please wait until after this date to attempt to E-File.

Please see the IRS link, Disaster Relief Bill Includes Retirement Plan Distribution and Loan Options , for more information.

{Edited: 5:10 pm 2.23.2018) UPDATED INFORMATION: Per the IRS Forms Availability Table Forms 8915A/B are expected on March 8, 2018. As of this afternoon (Friday, Feb 23), the IRS still hasn't released the final version of those forms.
