I made the last payment on my 2022 tax return for the cares act payment I took in 2020. why is it impacting my return this year

I spread it out over 3 years, so this would be the first year where I dont have to take a tax hit for the distribution. Does anyone know how to input in turbotax so it doesnt keep impacting?

The Form 8915-F Worksheet and the Form 8915-F along with the Form 1099-R were transferred from the 2022 tax return and need to be deleted.  There may also be a "Qualified Disaster Retirement Plan Distributions" and/or a "2020 Disaster Distribution" form listed that has to be deleted.
