I'm entering 1099-G for unemployment. The format of my form seems to be different than what I'm being asked to enter. For instance my fed tax witheld is box 3 No box 100?

My 1099G has 5 boxes, there is no box 10 or 11. The federal tax withheld is in box 3, the state tax withheld is in box 4.

It isn't an issue. You can use the boxes descriptions and enter information from you 1099-G into correlated boxes in TurboTax. For example your State tax withheld shown in Box 4 of your form will go to box 11.
