I'm an Ohio resident and live in a CCA municipality. Do I have to submit the CCA tax form myself that TurboTax generated?

TurboTax didn't tell me one way or another if I have to submit the CCA form. I know it can be filed electronically. Do I have to mail the form in myself?

You can mail or efile. You can efile with CCA here.
