I live in Arizona fulltime. I receive a retirement income from PERS in Oregon. Which state do I file my returns with?

I also receive income from an Oregon based company on a 1099misc. Just confused on which state I file in.

If you lived in Arizona for the full year of 2017, then you will file an Arizona Resident tax return, including your Oregon pension and 1099-MISC income on it.

Congress has passed laws against taxing people on income based on its source.  You may only be taxed based on where you reside.
