The first thing to do is to wait patiently. The IRS must process the return.
They will notice that the Social Security is missing and determine if there is a taxable portion. They will send you the dreaded IRS Notice if there is an amount due, and propose a solution.
If you agree with it you can simply pay the difference, and there is no further consequence.
If you disagree you may have to file an amended return.
This will not put you on a blacklist. This was an honest mistake that is easily corrected.
