I just e filed. I have one 1099-R that has fed. income tax withheld. Do I send a hard copy of my return and this copy B of the 1099-R to the IRS? Please advise.

My other 1099-R and SSA1099 have no federal income taxes withheld.

you don't send anything to the IRS because you e-filed. the IRS will compare the data you entered to the forms it gets from employers, payer's of pensions, etc
