A 1099G can be for unemployment and also for a State tax refund.
If you have any taxes withheld from any source (like W-2's and 1099's) those need to be attached to the return.
If you do not have a 1099G then don't worry about that, and send in the W-2's.
What about the tdi paper the company sent me? Do I have to send that?
Sorry not sure what tdi paper is?
If it has Federal or state income taxes withheld yes it need to be sent.
Tdi is temporary disability income and I received a paper from the company that handles it for my job... the paper had a similar format like a w-2... so the question is do I have to send that with my w-2s to my state taxation office as well?
