I have the Motion Picture Industry Pension Plan. I need to know if it is a Qualified plan or a Non-Qualified plan?

I received a 1099-R. I have never been ask this question before.

It is likely a qualified plan, but to be sure, you need to contact the plan administration and ask. We in the Community would have no way of knowing if it is a qualified plan or not.
