I have several IRA's but I take all of my RMD from one account. Intuit asks: "Could you tell us what the required minimum distrubution for YOUR ACCOUNT was in 2024"?

Can I enter the total RMD's for all accounts or just for this one account?

Yes, if you took all of your RMD from one account you will enter the total RMD you took with that distribution. For example, if your total RMD for all IRAs was $10,000 and you took a distribution of $10,000 with this Form 1099-R then you will enter $10,000 on that screen. Ignore the fact that the actual RMD for that specific account was less.
