I have proof that I paid tuition with my IRA withdraw. Do I need to furnish that proof?

I have my bank statement and my university's billing statement showing the amount I took out from my IRA paying my out of pocket tuition cost.

You do not need to send it to the IRS with your return, but keep the information with your tax records in case they ask for verification.
