I have gain n losses in my trad ira acct. do i need to report since there is no distribution from my ira account?

No.  That is one of the benefits of a IRA Account.  You don't report any transactions, interest, dividends, buy or sells.  Only distributions and rollovers or conversions.  You will get a 1099R for those.  Ignore any 1099int, Div, or 1099B you get.
