I have an app called "Acorns" and already invested to Later starts today which I believe have an IRA. Is that the Roth IRA?

Acorns allows you to have a broker account, an IRA, or a Roth IRA (the two kinds of IRAs are very different).  Only you know what kind of account you created.  You will have to check with Acorns if you don't remember.
