I have a Roth IRA. Am I still able to file under Turbo Tax free?

Having a Roth IRA will not prevent you from filing for free with TurboTax.  Neither will making contributions to a Roth IRA.  However, if you had distributions from a Roth IRA reported on Form 1099-R you will not be able to use the Free version.
