I have a Prudential Annuity, I did not take an RMD as I have Aggregated the funds from two other Investments. How do I report this without a 1099-R

If you didn't take an RMD there is nothing to report. Pru will not send 1099 info to the IRS but they will report what the RMD should have been. You will have to report the RMD from the other two investments, so the IRS can compare your total RMD money you received to what you were required to take, to be sure you took out the necessary minimum amount.
