I have a new form a 5498 for a Annuity . It says that I must take out the RMD by 12/31/2025. Do I have to report this somewhere on my tax form this year?

Do I have to report the information from a 5498 for for RMD date of 12/31/2025?

Form 5498 doesn't get entered into TurboTax.  It's for your records.
