I have a Company 401k that I contributed 10% of my annual gross to for the year 2016 - Can I add this in?

Yes, typically traditional 401k continuations are not taxable. Typically these contributions will be indicated on your W2. If you've already entered your W2 from your employer, this should automatically be calculated and included within TurboTax and there is nothing more you need to do.
