I have a 5498 form from an IRA in box 5 giving a fair market value. No withdrawel Do I need to put this anywhere on my taxes

No you do not need to enter the Form 5498 in your tax return. Keep for your records. If you made IRA contributions, then navigate to the IRA section to enter them.
