I have a 30,000 distribution on my taxes and that was not 2023, I have no 1299 and not sure whty this is listed in trubo tax

If you are talking about a retirement distribution entry on lines 4 or 5 but did not take a retirement distribution then go back to the retirement section to delete the entry:

1.  Click on "Search" on the top right and type “1099-R”  
2. Click on “Jump to 1099-R”
3. Edit/Delete the entry
