I have a 1099-S. Where do I input that info in turbotax?

It depends.  What did you sell?

You report the property sale in the investment section of the TurboTax program.  Use the information on the Form 1099-S that you received.  The actual form is not entered on a tax return.

See this TurboTax support FAQ for reporting the sale of inherited property - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/real-property/enter-sale-second-home-inherited-home-land-2021/L7tUghudI_US_en_US?uid=l8osabiq
