I have a 1042-S form for pension income. How do I report this income in Turbotax Deluxe? Income code is 15 Exemption code in 3a is 04.

You do not report your Form 1042-S in TurboTax.  Form 1042-S is not supported by TurboTax.   Form 1042-S does not have to be filed with your tax return you will mail your Form 1042-S to the address specified in the form instructions.
