I have 2020 CARES dist from IRA. I had fed tax withheld. How do I report this on my return? TurboTax is not giving me an 8915E to complete. 1099R shows full dist and tax.

Form 8915 -E is not yet finalized by the IRS.

At this point and time the Form 8915-E (Qualified 2020 Disaster Retirement
