I had TRS (Teacher Retirement System) founds that I withdrew to buy a house. They taxed me on them. I wanted to know if I have to report them and under what?

You will receive a 1099R for the pension distribution.  They should send it to you in January/early February.

To enter your retirement income, Go to  Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA  401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.
