I had Fed. Witholding tax taken out of social security. Where is that showing up? Under taxes paid, there is only the taxes withheld from the annuities.

That will not show up anywhere until you enter it. Once your enter your SSA-1099 information in the proper place, then the SS withholding will show in the total withholdings shown on Line 64 of your Form 1040.
