I had a standard 401K that was closed and rolled over to a different 401K, but under "Retirement Income Results" it list $0 for "Traditional and Roth distributions" and the rollover amount as "Pension and annuity distributions." Is this correct?

Your 401(k) distribution is correctly classified under pension and annuity income (Form 1040 line 16 or Form 1040A line 12).

That would be correct. A "rollover" is not a "contribution".

The rollover amount is, however,  a "distribution", and is listed as "Income" in the various Summary screens and on your tax return (Box 15a of From 1040).

(It won't be included in "taxable" income (Box 15b of From 1040) ).
