I had a problem entering in my 1099-R, I'm retired US Army. I was forced to use a CSA-1099-R. Will this be OK?

No, if this is a Form 1099-R from DFAS you should select "Financial Institution or other provider (1099-R)" on the "Who gave you a 1099-R?" screen. If you haven't filed please go back to the retirement section and delete the CSA-1099-R and enter a 1099-R:

  1. Click on "Search" on the top right and type “1099-R”
  2. Click on “Jump to 1099-R”
