I get error: "Form 3510: Line 28 must be entered" But it won't allow me to enter a value, the whole form was calculated. How can I fix this?

When I said it won't allow me to change it it was in the Forms window for form 3510.

For the record, the answer was to fill in the information in the Carryover worksheet.

Have you tried to override in the "Forms" window.  Click on forms and look at the one that needs attention, make the correction and it should solve your issue.  I've deleted forms and started over sometimes too. Good luck

Wondering whether you have solved this issue? I got the same issue too and it won't allow me to e-file. I can't enter the value in the form mode. Also after I deleted the form and went to e-file, the form came back again with the error.
