I get disability for myself, also some for my 2 kids. Do i enter all 3 1099's or just the 1 that came in my name? They get their benefits because I do.

Just yours.  a 1099 in your child's name with your child SSN can only go on the child's own tax return  if the child is required to file.  If that is the only income then they do not need to file.
