I found an SSA-1099 form after e-filing my federal tax form. I have entered the amount. Do I now refile?

My refund was $135 now it shows $63.

You can't e-file an amended tax return.  You need to mail the 1040X form and remit the difference.   See the instructions to file an amendment below.  You will want to remove the SSA-1099 so that you start the amendment process with your return matching your originally filed tax return.    How do I amend my 2018 return in the TurboTax CD Download version?
