I filed my taxes and included my close out of my 401k do I need to fill out a 5329 or was this already calculated with everything already when I filled out everything?

Taxpayers use Form 5329 to report additional taxes on IRAs, other qualified retirement plans, modified endowment contracts, Coverdell ESAs, QTPs, Archer MSAs, or HSAs.

TurboTax will create Form 5329 when you enter Form 1099-R and answer all questions.
