I filed IRS 1040 extensn via TurboTax tonight, but later discovered I owe more. How do I add to the amount withdrawn electronically from my bank?

Once it has been transmitted and accepted you can't make any changes to the extension, including changing the payment amount.  However, you can very easily make an online payment by going to https://www.irs.gov/payments.
