In order to trigger the digital asset question in TurboTax, go back to the Wages & Income section (TurboTax online) and from the Your expenses and income screen, scroll down and select Done or Continue.  Continue through the application and you should see a question relating to disaster distributions and the next screen should request information about digital assets.

In TurboTax CD/download the process is similar except that from the Wages & Income tab, scroll down to the bottom and select Done with Income.  The screen relating to digital assets appears after the screen relating to disaster distributions.

Ive found out the error. If someone adds a crypto transaction (like I did), and continues into the question series, the digital currency question does not pop up. Probably should be an automatic trigger to answer Yes, but the software has a bug.

The instructions are incorrect Instead of taking me to Crypto area it takes me to K-1 area.

Wages & Income> I'll choose what I work on> Done with Income> Continue> Continue> Continue> Yes, we did one of the following (crypto) in 2022> Continue> Lets Check This Entry Your K-1 from...> Let's skip this> Continue> Schedules K-1 or Q> No> then it loops back to foreign bank account question.

Quicken DVD never does enter the Crypto area.
