I enter my 1099-R for my pension in the same way I have for several years - but, for some reason TurboTax is treating it as non-taxable income which is incorrect.

Box 2a has the taxable amount and box 7 is 7

So lines 5a and 5b on the 1040 both include the box 1 (or Box 2a) amount from the 1099-R?

Is there another entry in Box 7 besides the "7"?

Where there questions after you entered the 1099-R, like this was a QCD or an HSA Funding Distribution?
