I don't seem to have SSR-1099, only Benefit Amount from Social Security. That's my only income, it increased by $1, don't know what to fill in lines

If the Social Security benefits received and being reported on a SSA-1099 is the only income reported on the tax return, then you do not have to file a tax return.  You have no taxable income.

I have a retirement account payment that I receive besides Social Security. I have not received my Social Security tax statement.  I know that I will not receive a refund because I did not pay any taxes. Do I still need to file?

@kluton01

The answer to your question is that it depends on the size of your Social Security income and this other retirement income.

We can't say one way or the other other without knowing that, and also what your filing status is (Single, Married Filing Joint, etc.)
