I don't know which form to fill out because I didn't receive an 1099 form, I didn't make $600 or more so can anyone help me figure out which form to complete?

If the income is for services you rendered or things you sold, then report it as follows:

1. Income and expenses
2. Self-employment income and expenses

You will be asked questions to determine how the income is reported on your tax return.
