I don't have a Box 14a on my 1099R, but cannot finish my taxes without filling it in. Box 14 says EXEMPT

If there is no amount in box 14 on the Form 1099-R leave boxes 14, 15 and 16 blank (empty).  If you still get a message then delete the Form 1099-R and re-enter manually.

Leave boxes 14 thru 19  BLANK in the program.
