I don’t have a 1099 for money I took out of my 401k can I file taxes without it I know the amt they withheld for taxes

None of that helped

Did you take a loan or distribution?   If you took a loan, you will not receive a 1099-R and do not need to enter anything other than your W-2 on your tax return.   However, if you took a distribution (not a loan) from your 401K, you should have received a 1099-R that you must file as part of your tax return.

If it were a loan, no tax would be withheld.
