I do not "You have Retirement Savings Contribution credit." And turbo tax is making me upgrade their service. How do i dispute this upgrade requirement?

GO thru the Ret Savs Credit Q&A on the Deducions&Credits page...and indicate you are a student (even if you are not). That removes it.
