I do not receive a 1099-B from my offshore broker. Can I calculate the 'Total proceeds (sum of all Box 1d)' and 'Total cost or other basis (sum of all Box 1e' ? Thank you

Those values are calculated on my 1099 from my onshore broker, and I have entered them for that form. However, I would like to know how those two numbers are derived so that I can calculate and populate the step in 'Wages

Form 1099-B would report investment sales and as such would not be associated with wage income reported on a W-2 form. The only time this would be associated with wages is if it involved employee stock purchase plans.
