I do not know what the source of this distribution of my Retirement is, What circle do I check when it is a Distribution from Pensions, Annuities?

How do I uncheck the US Government circle?

If you click on the circle again it should un-select the option. What is the exact question your are trying to answer? Do you have a 1099-R?
