I do not have my Form SSA-1099, will my taxes be accepted without providing all of the info on that form?

If the Social Security benefits is the Only income to be reported on the tax return and there is no federal income taxes being withheld, then there is no reason or need to file a tax return.

However, if you have other income to enter on the tax return then you need to enter the SSA-1099 on your tax return.

Go to this SSA website for how to get a copy of the form - https://faq.ssa.gov/en-us/Topic/article/KA-01723

It might be accepted but it will be wrong.  Did you file yet?  You really need to enter the SSA-1099.  Do you know the right amount to enter especially the amount for box 5?  It's not just the deposits you got each month.  It's the gross amount before any deductions for withholding and medicare.

Your tax return may be accepted, but you want to make sure that you complete an accurate tax return.

You can download it from the Social Security website  or contact the Social Security office in your area. Refer to the website Replacement SSA-1099 for more information.
