I didn’t add a retirement account check I received

Principal Life insurance company Gross distribution 4858.80 retirement check for year

You should have a 1099R for that.      If they did not send one, check with Prudential.

 

 

To enter your retirement income, Go to  Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA  401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.
