I did not take an IRA distribution do my entries in the form say I did

Do you have a 1099-R?

 

Did you roll it over?

What code is in box 7?

We don't have access to your return. An IRA distribution from your brokerage is reported on form 1099-R, in order to report any distribution on your return you must include the 1099R form.
