I did not receive a1099 from social security so how do I add to my tax form?

I don't have the information for social security what do I need to do?

Do you get Social Security or SSDI or ssi?  You do not get a SSA-1099 or report ssi (Supplemental Security Income).

You may get your SSA-1099 form online or visit a local office.
