I Did a Trad to Roth IRA Conversion -which box to check for MI? Current year convers from a trad to a Roth IRA or IRA distr received before retire age/None of the above

If i choose Current Year conversion from a trad to Roth IRA; my Michigan State returns all my State Tax taken out

Yes, you will check "Current year conversion from a traditional IRA to a Roth IRA" since you made a conversion to Roth IRA.
